This kit is so motivating!!
I started using the 8 Minutes in the Morning kit four weeks ago and I love it. It's quick and easy and has motivated me to start running again. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. So far I've lost 6 lbs. I have more energy, I am sleeping better and have much more "brain power" for grad school! This program works best if you follow Jorge's advice outlined in the 3 Hour Diet book. If the exercises seem too easy for you, add a set of crunches between each set of exercises, increase the weight on your hand weights or try doing five sets of the exercises instead of four. This program has inspired me to start training to run a marathon. Thank you Jorge Cruise!!
I personally have never been one to exercise. I LOVE this book. Sure, it's only 8 minutes but it really works. I have been doing this plan for a little over a month and have lost over 13 pounds so far. It really works if you stick w/ it. You might not think it's a real workout at first but keep doing it. It really does motivate you to keep doing it and to start doing other exercises. I now do extra exercises in the evening. I haven't felt this good in YEARS!!!Try it for the entire 28 days and you WILL see a difference.
For those who find this kit way too easy....some people can not even get out of bed, they are so overweight. These folks would benefit tremendously form something that starts with these exercises. Granted the title of the kit could be reworded....maybe for people who have 100 or more pounds to shed... :)
